In the somatic healing breath meditation a particular breathing technique is used to clear the mind and body of stuck energy. Unprocessed emotions, trauma, and abuse often attribute to underlying causes of disease and emotional distress that effect our lives for years or even decades until dealt with. This type of somatic work involves releasing these energetic blocks without necessarily bringing up the past but instead focusing on the present through the breath and allowing the body to process emotions in a more primitive way. Most clients claim that the work is intense yet cathartic and leave with much more clarity, insight, and compassion for themselves and others than before the session. It is by far one of the most healing modalities people can offer themselves and most clients continue on a regular basis for maintenance. This powerful session is done one on one and lasts approximately 1 hour.
