The body healing session is a multi-sensory experience that combines Marma therapy, Reiki, sound therapy, and essential oils. Marma is an Ayurvedic practice involving manual manipulation of subtle energy in the body (prana) by stimulating pressure points (energy centers) to help rid toxins caused by stress or trauma and process stuck emotions. Reiki is an eastern form of healing which focuses on balancing chakra points to create an energetic balance of mind, body and spirit. The procedure is done on a massage table where the client is laying down on an infrared amethyst grounding mat. Clients leave feeling lighter, rested, and relaxed.
