Join us as Susie Reeves leads Mystic’s Gong Bath experience. The deep, soothing vibrations of the gong and other earthy instruments allow your body to fall into state of pure relaxation and the mind to enter into a healing meditation. The tingling waves of sound will flood your body with a euphoric sensation while leaving you feeling grounded, centered and present in your body. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, eye mask, and wear comfortable clothing. Ticket price includes $20 of in-person store credit.
