When sound vibrates at certain frequencies, it stimulates the vagus nerve and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This allows your body to come into a state of deeper relaxation. (Think of chanting a mantra or humming to a baby.) This is what happens during a sound bath meditation. Crystal sound bowls are the main instruments used to facilitate this experience.
With the Mystic Sound Bath, we come to you in a private setting to provide this beautiful and relaxing experience. After the guests gather together, we open the ceremony with a brief introduction. After everyone is laying down comfortably, the sound bath will begin and last for approximately 30 minutes. As the soothing and mesmerizing singing bowl vibrations amplify, you’ll find your mind in a blissful meditation and your body flooded and tingling with relaxation. The experience concludes with a short reintegration and intention setting.
